The Carob Trees
This beautiful house was built for an English family without consideration of cost. Featuring a spacious entrance hall, separate dining room, separate lounge, large landing, extra large kitchen / breakfast room and more, this house is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and offer complete privacy with many shaded areas to sit outside, - ‘Somerset Maughan’ style. There is an air of the exotic Far East, perhaps Singapore or Malaysia.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, huge fridge / freezer and every convenience possible. There is a breakfast room; utility with washing machine & free standing cooled water dispenser; Lounge with 42” flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, SKY+ HD decoder with Sports package; Dining room; and guest cloak room. The master bedroom has a super King size bed with en-suite double bathroom plus a large balcony overlooking Coral Bay with sea views. There are 2 further double bedrooms in this main section of the house, one double King size and one twin both sharing a separate family bathroom. The self contained apartment has a combined living room / double bedroom, fitted kitchen and shower room. There are air-conditioners and ceiling fans in all rooms
Please note; The telephone line allows all local calls and there is a WiFi Broad Band connection so that you can use your LaptopPC. This is a non smoking villa

A covered BBQ, bar area facing the pool, large private 10 x 5 m solar heated swimming pool with Roman steps, all secluded by mature shrubs, bushes, Carob trees, (from which the house derives it’s name), heated pool shower, outdoor lighting, sun beds, tables, chairs, & umbrellas. The patios are where our guests spend most of their free time - with ceiling fans it really could be the Raffles Hotel! There is private parking and a covered parking bay.

The village starts at the coast and reaches up into the hills above Coral Bay where there are many facilities including quality tavernas, restaurants, a supermarket that sells everything, a doctor and 3 banks. This is all situated 5 mins from Coral Bay and 15 minutes from Paphos.
