Spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobes, airconditioning, television / DVD player. En-suite shower room.. Storage room for suitcases with water storage tank, dehumidifier. There have been water cuts in the Chlorakas area in 2008 but with a very large storage tank / pressurised system the villa does not suffer from any loss of supply.
Upper Level
Living room with 2 comfortable two seater sofas, coffee table, mahogany drinks cabinet, Sony flat screen television with Sky satellite, CD/DVD player, component HI-FI system with tuner, cassette player and MD player. Two A/C units. Two sets of patio doors with views over the swimming pool and towards the sea. Access to private terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Twin bedroom with A/C unit. Second bathroom. From the terrace, you have superb views over the swimming pool and towards the sea. The impressive, large, communal swimming pool is only used by the residents of the development and is therefore usually very quiet. There are sun beds and a pool shower. The sea is approximately 100 meters.
Location
The villa forms part of a small and exclusive development behind the St George Hotel and is within walking distance of the coast road where there is a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The centre of Paphos Town is within 10 minutes drive and Coral Bay only 5 minutes. This is a high quality villa which is so popular, we have several annually returning visitors.
