Q: What is paphosvillarent.com?
This web based villa rental company is run by a husband & wife team, based in Pegeia. We currently have 2 very high quality villas which are available through the Internet. This site allows you to book directly and due to the personal nature of our business we offer a higher quality service than most others, notably, the personalised chauffeured service. The reason for this stems from the difficulty many visitors have in coping with our road and driving conditions in the dark. We are able to drive you to the door of your villa, or show you the way with a ‘Follow me’ in your hire car. On arrival there is a ‘Meet & Greet’ service which ensures a trouble free and enjoyable stay.
Q: How do I book a villa?
a) Check the availability by clicking the ‘availability’ line at the bottom of each villa’s page.
b) Complete the Booking Form, ‘Cut & Paste’ or simply send the form via your email system to us by clicking the contact email address. Once we have checked the availability we will confirm the booking and request payment of the deposit - again via email or to your address as shown on the booking form. Once the deposit has been paid you will receive a ‘safe receipt’ message, - you can sit back and look forward to your visit.
c) If you are making your booking more than 2 months before the start of the villa booking date, then only a 30% deposit is required. You will then need to send us the balance of the payment 2 months before commencement of the booking. Once received, we will send you your final booking confirmation together with Villa Directions and Villa Guide.
Q: How is payment made?
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. Cheques are acceptable but with a postal service in it’s infancy this is not so secure. We do not accept Credit or Charge cards. Details of how to pay will be sent to you after we have received your initial ‘Booking Form’ transmission.

The prices shown are in £ UK, and are for the villa complete with no other charges or ‘extra’s.
