Q: Do the villas have telephones or Internet access?                                            
A: ‘The Carob Trees’ has an Internet connection for a Laptop using a Wi-Fi Broad Band connection.  A Wi-Fi connection at Villa Sounion is available on request.  A password is required for the internet and will be supplied.  Both ‘The Carob Trees’ and ‘Villa Sounion’ have land line telephones allowing connection to local Cyprus numbers.
Q: Are towels and linen provided?
A: All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.  Beach towels are provided - to save you the inconvenience of having to bring them with you.  Towels and linen are usually changed at the end of 7 days unless otherwise stated.  
Q: What is the electricity voltage?                                                                          
A: The voltage is the same as in the UK - 240 volts, with normal UK type 3-pin plug sockets.                                                                                         
 Q: How often is the villa cleaned?                                                                       
A: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned cleaned prior to arrival and then again after your departure.  With a booking for more than one week booking there will be a thorough  clean every 7 days, and this will be arranged at your convenience through the Villa Manager, Terry Mills and his partner, Lynn.
Q: What if I want to give you some feedback?
 A: We would like positive criticism either during or after your stay.  There is also a ‘House Book’ which we would like you to view and add comment.  Please use our email access at arfawkes@cytanet.com.cy  to give us feedback ‘on-line’.
